Vice President of Strategy
Morgan Seyle brings over a decade of business experience to The Catholic Initiative, where she applies her expertise in strategy, operations, and finance to advance its mission of strengthening faith and uplifting communities. In addition to her work with The Catholic Initiative, she serves as Vice President of Investments and Strategic Initiatives at the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation, where she leads the Humanitarian Hotel portfolio.
Previously, Morgan was a leader in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Analytics practice, helping organizations navigate complex transformations. She began her career in accounting at PwC and VMware AirWatch, specializing in partnership taxes. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia, a Master of Science in Accounting from Wake Forest University, where she was named Most Outstanding Graduate School Student, and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, where she earned the Founder’s Medalist honor as valedictorian.
Morgan is passionate about bridging faith and innovation, finding creative ways to strengthen Christian communities and serve those in need. She is driven by the challenge of preserving and expanding the role of faith in modern society, ensuring that Catholic institutions remain vibrant, relevant, and impactful for generations to come.
Morgan lives in St. Augustine, FL, with her husband, Brett, and their son, Anders.
