Kevin Doyle

President

Originally from Lynchburg, VA, and a third-generation Notre Dame alum (“Domer”), Kevin’s Catholic faith has been a guiding force throughout his life and career. He spent much of his professional life in strategy consulting at Deloitte, working on transformational projects for global travel and hospitality clients. However, driven by a deeper calling, he left Deloitte to use his business expertise for a greater purpose at the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation. There, he has led innovative initiatives such as PFCF Humanitarian Hotels and now The Catholic Initiative, focusing on creating lasting impact for Catholic communities.

For Kevin, the mission of The Catholic Initiative is deeply personal. When his Irish ancestors arrived in America, they were part of an immigrant population that was largely unwelcome—but the Catholic Church provided them with a home, a community, and hope for a better life. Through The Catholic Initiative, he is committed to ensuring that Catholic parishes and schools continue to serve as places of refuge and belonging for future generations, particularly for underserved populations.

Kevin and his wife, Caitlin, have been blessed with five amazing children—Grace, Callahan, Brady, Connor, and Kevin. With five kids under the age of eight, life is an adventure, filled with energy and laughter—but little time for hobbies.
